I’m a 28 years old female..I’m having right side temple pain and eye pain for about a month..not much severe..a dull ache..I get it everyday but not every time…I’m a shortsighted person also..could it be due to my sight problem??or any other serious condition??
Female | 28
If you are experiencing pain in the eyes and temples it might be related to your vision. On another note, nearsightedness can make your eyes work extra hard which causes discomforts such as these. However we should also consider more serious possibilities. Additionally, staring at screens or books too long without enough breaks; not sleeping well due to various reasons including stress could lead onto them pains too therefore among other things try adequate rest combined with good lighting for relief. Consult an eye specialist if they persist or get worse.

In last 2 days I noticed a mini dark spot in my left eye sclera area connect red eye rays its like sting or like something in my eye main problem is its feels when I close the eye or blink the eye How can I get out of it, any solution i got to know from Google it's called axenfeld loop its irritating for me please give me advice
Male | 19
Axenfeld loop is when there is a tiny dark spot on the white part of your eye, and it can be like having something in your eye. Besides this, other factors such as eye strain or irritation could also be sources of this. To cope with the discomfort, artificial tears can be applied to your eyes. Don't rub your eyes. If the symptoms are still there or worsen, it's better to go to an eye doctor for further examination and treatment.

Eyes pain but its not red or no show something in eys eyes pain on both sides what problem
Male | 25
Eye strain can explain why you have discomfort in both eyes without the presence of any red spots or other things in them. This is commonly the case when you carelessly devote too much time to the display when looking at it or reading. Relieve your eyes by taking breaks, blinking frequently, and using artificial tears. When the pain persists for longer than usual, it shouldn't be a problem to schedule a visit to an ophthalmologist.

Retina detachment in Left eye doctor says hole occurs in retina screen , opretion must compalsary, but after operation results possibility 50% Is results possibility 100% after operation
Male | 70
The detachment of the retina could lead to symptoms such as the perception of flashes of light or having blurred vision. Surgical hole repair in the retina is the procedure that should be carried out. Post-operation, there is a 50% probability that the results will be better. Occasionally, the success rate can be 100%, but it is not a sure thing. However, it is very crucial to stick to your doctor's directions and take proper care of your eye after the surgery.

Hi! Accidentaly got a dandruff patch inside one of my eyes while I was scratching my hair. At first my eye started to shed tears but it never came out (however I didn't rub it), and now it's not longer tearing, but I'm worried if it has the potential of causing an infection. I don't feel an object stuck in there but I don't know if I'll be fine. Apologizes as English is not my first language, hope my message is well understood.
Other | 26
When dandruff flakes come into contact with your eye, it can cause temporary irritation and tearing, which is your body's way of protecting itself. Since the tearing has stopped and you don't feel an object, you're likely fine. To prevent infection, avoid touching your eye and wash your hands frequently. If you notice increased redness, pain, changes in vision, or if irritation persists, please consult a ophthalmologist for guidance.

Severe headaches, vomiting, eye pain, and vision changes sound like trouble. Could mean glaucoma, an issue when pressure builds inside your eyes. Untreated, this can damage sight. Don't wait—see an eye doctor immediately. They'll provide treatment to safeguard your vision.

Blurred vision in one eye may stem from various causes, including eye strain, dry eyes, or more serious conditions like migraines or retinal issues. It’s essential to monitor any additional symptoms such as pain or sudden changes. To alleviate discomfort, ensure you're resting your eyes, staying hydrated, and using lubricating eye drops if needed. However, it's crucial to consult a ophthalmologist for a thorough evaluation and tailored guidance. They can determine the underlying issue and recommend the best course of action to restore your vision.

Female | 29
You should know that the eye irritation you woke up with, and your mascara particles could have been the cause. Mascara particles probably got into your eye while you were asleep. This might result in redness, itching, or even the feeling that a foreign body is sitting in the eye. You can treat your irritated eyes by getting all your makeup off and washing your face before sleeping. If these steps do not work then definitely seek the help of an ophthalmologist.

The condition affects the eyes thereby causing visual problems which include difficulties in seeing at night, tunnel vision, and loss of peripheral vision. Instead, there are several treatments that can assist in the management of the symptoms and the slowdown of the disease's progression, such as vision aids, genetic counseling, and lifestyle changes. 13 years ago I had an operation on my eye then you were fine but now you are suffering from squint the squint is increasing slowly I contacted the nearest doctor but he told me that you have had an operation so you Even if we fix it on the squint but it will not be correct because your vision is very low and the other eye can see fine so can you suggest me that this problem can be solved
Male | 18
A squint may occur if the eye muscles do not collaborate well. Although your vision is weaker in the affected eye, the correction of squinting will not be complete. One additional option is to use prism glasses or practice some visual exercises to develop dynamic eye movements as well. The best thing would be to follow up all the instructions and updates of your eye doctor who will tell you what is specifically appropriate for your case.
